Usage
The A:B components should be mixed in a 1:1 ratio. To ensure optimal performance, components A and B must be thoroughly mixed. Insufficient mixing may lead to incomplete curing or weakened physical properties. The raw materials can be directly fed into the mixing chamber using automatic metering mixing equipment. For applications sensitive to air, venting in the mold or using vacuum assistance can be helpful. Silicone rubber that has not yet undergone curing can be cleaned with hydrocarbon solvents, but polar solvents such as ketones and alcohols are not suitable.
GA9600-50A/B-2 cures quickly at appropriate temperatures. Curing time depends on the thickness of the product and the actual temperature. If exposed to compounds containing amines, sulfur, or tin bases, curing may be inhibited.
Operation Time
The product contains special additives, so it should be used as soon as possible after mixing components A and B.
Product Safety Message
For relevant material safety data, please contact the GA sales representative. It is important to carefully read the material safety data and product labels to prevent harm to yourself and the environment.
